Municipal Court

The Phillips County Sheriff's Office serves as the law enforcement agent for the city. The officers enforce federal, state, & local laws; as well as enforcing city ordinances. It is their duty to serve and protect the citizens of Phillipsburg. Paul Wisinger serves as the current sheriff.
