Mobile Home Park
Phillipsburg has one mobile home park that provides an alternative to the fixed construction. South Village Estates is located on E Santa Fe Road east of South 7th Street.

Senior Citizens Homes
Phillipsburg is served by the Phillips County Retirement Center, which has an Alzheimer's unit. Prairie Wind Villa is an assisted living facility which is also operated by the Phillips County Retirement Center.

Westview Homes, a 41-unit facility for the low-income elderly, is located near the city center.

The Golden Years Senior Citizens Center facility serves noon meals five days a week, and includes a home delivery service. The Center is open to all individuals 60 years or older.
